Custom Surfboards by Sam Egan, vintage surfboard, out of the Surf Shop at 93 Frederick Street, Merewether in beautiful Newcastle. Original competition stripe on the deck with 1″ red wood stringer and a timber tail block. This board is in great condition for its age. Just had cosmetic clean-up many moons ago around her showing all old school repairs and battle scars (see photos). Usual light heel marks, a few slight onion rings on the deck and some bump depressions and handful of slight onion rings on the bottom. Extremely rare surfboard and your opportunity to grab a truly unique board for your collection. This would be a fantastic wall hanger for your man cave, Pub etc. or ride her in your next Old Mal Comp. Great piece of surf history.
